Broadway Newmarket.- Engineered Kwila Flooring

Nufloors has done many floor sanding jobs in Broadway Newmarket Auckland. This men's shop was a result of some mongrel doing a smash and grap. Driving the car through the glass front of the shop and stealing expensive items from the shop while leaving a trail of destruction behind them.
As contractors Nufloors Floor Sanding was asked to come in and see if the hardwood floors could be fixed and coated again in one night. The shops hardwood floors was in desperate need of been restored however time was not to be our friend.

The customers wanted to give the floor a recoat instead of a major resand. This was not a problem for our team. So we came in at four o'clock and the shop's staff emptied the shop out into the back of a truck for us.

This enabled our team to have full access to the floor. The best that we could do in one night was to go through and spot stain the damaged areas caused by the tires of the car to closely match the colour required for the floor repairs to blend in.

We then gave it a good disc back to clean the floor up. It was then followed by two coats of solvent based polyurethane. Job done. Sanded and two coats all by 8.30 pm. Not bad for one night's work.

The hardwood floors were coated with mirotone solvent based polyurethane finished in low sheen.
